I’m dropping this month’s Greenhouse Retreat on Election Day to remind all of us (perhaps myself most of all) that the kingdom that matters most is:
→already here
→available to all of us right now
→because of Jesus.
His kingdom has outlasted every other earthly kingdom for the past 2,000 years. It will continue to last forever.
Are you ready for the life-giving off-ramp out of all the noise? There is a path out of angry, anxious, or ignoring it and hoping it all goes away into shalom: the Kingdom of God.
Welcome to November’s Greenhouse Retreat: The Kingdom is Already Here.
Three easy steps:
Mark off one four to six hours on your calendar (or go through it a little bit each day).
Show up and be reset and refreshed by the Lord—even if everyone else is exhausting themselves with the 24-hour news cycle.
Bearing the fruit of the Spirit this month might just be one of the most distinctive, saltiest, brightest things we can do as Jesus followers.
Greenhouse Retreats: helping you to create conditions ideal for long-term fruitfulness—even and especially during election season!
Happy flourishing y’all,
Alex
P.S. Here’s the link again to November’s free Greenhouse Retreat: The Kingdom is Already Here.
Thanks Alex! This is a great time to take a retreat.
Have you checked out O. Palmer Robertson's "elder to elder"? He has been highlighting selections from "A Way to Pray" by Matthew Henry and edited and revised by Palmer?
